Educational Qualification of IOC Ltd Recruitment 

• For Jr Business Assistant Grade III: Candidates must have completed regular graduation degree with minimum 50 % marks with 1-year experience for OBC and eight months experience for ST Candidates.
• For Jr Chargeman Grade III: Applicants must have done Diploma in Engineering in Civil/ Mechanical/ Electrical or equivalent stream.
• For Jr Operator Grade I: Candidates must have passed SSC with ITI Certificate in Electronics/ Electrical or equivalent trade.
• For Jr Attendant Grade I: Aspirants must have completed Intermediate or Higher Secondary education in any stream.

Age limit of IOCL Attendant Recruitment

SKILL INDIA - Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY)

Government has launched SKILL INDIA on the occasion of the first-ever World Youth Skills Day on 15th July, 2015 in New Delhi. During the event, Prime Minister Narendra Modi unveiled the Skill India logo and launched four landmark initiatives of the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship: National Skill Development Mission, National Policy for Skill Development and Entrepreneurship 2015, Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY) scheme and the Skill Loan scheme. Speaking on the occasion, the Prime Minister articulated a clear vision for Skill India. Highlighting the centrality of skills to India’s development, he called upon government, private sector and India’s youth to work together to make this vision a reality. 

The Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY), the Ministry’s flagship, demand-driven, reward-based skill training scheme will incentivise skill training by providing financial rewards to candidates who successfully complete approved skill training programmes. Over the next year, PMKVY will skill 24 lakh youth, across India. For the first time, the skills of young people who lack formal certification, such as workers in India’s vast unorganised sector, will be recognised. Through an initiative known as ‘Recognition of Prior Learning’ (RPL), 10 lakh youth will be assessed and certified for the skills that they already possess. 

Loans ranging from Rs 5,000-1.5 lakhs will be made available
