Apprentice 2023 Eligibility Criteria:

 The candidate must have passed 10th class examination or its equivalent (under 10+2 examination system) with minimum 50% marks, in aggregate, from recognized Board.

 National Trade Certificate / ITI in the relevant trade issued by the National Council for Vocational Training or Provisional Certificate issued by National Council for Vocational Training/ State Council for Vocational Training (NCVT/SCVT).

Constable (GD) - The candidates must have passed Matriculation or 10th Class Examination from a recognized Board/ University.

Age Limit: (As on 01.01.2023)

Constable (GD) - 18-23 years as on 01-01-2023. Candidates should not have been born earlier than 02-01-2000 and later than 01-01-2005 in normal course. However, after relaxation of three (03) years in upper age, the candidate should not have been born earlier than 02-01-1997

The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules. Salary Details: Constable (GD) - Pay Level–1(Rs.18,000 to 56,900) for the post of Sepoy in NCB and Pay Level-3 (Rs. 21,700-69,100) for all others posts.

IOCL Apprentice Recruitment 2022 Notification of 1500+ Trade and Technician Apprentice Vacancies: Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) invites online applications from eligible candidates for engagement of Trade/ Technician Apprentices at IOCL Refineries under Apprentices Act, 1961/1973 (as amended) in the Trade / Disciplines.  IOCL Apprentice Vacancy Refineries: Guwahati, Barauni. Gujarat, Haldia, Mathura, PRPC Panipat, Digboi, Bongaigaon, Paradip.

 IOCL Apprentice Age Limit:

•  Minimum 18 years and maximum 24 years as on 30th September 2022.
• Relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST i.e. up to a max of 29 years, 3 years for OBC-NCL i.e. up to a max of 27 years, for the posts reserved for them). Candidates belonging to PwBD categories shall be given age relaxation up to 10 years (up to 15 years for SC/ST) and up to 13 years for OBC-NCL candidates.
• IOCL Apprentice Salary / Stipend: Rate of stipend payable to apprentices per month shall be as prescribed under Apprentices Act, 1961/ 1973/ Apprentices Rules 1992 and as amended from time to time.

•  Trade Apprentice (Fitter): Matric with 2(Two) year ITI (Fitter) course.

• Trade Apprentice (Instrument Mechanic): Matric with 2 (Two) year ITI (Instrument Mechanic) course.
• Trade Apprentice (Machinist): Matric with 2 (Two) year ITI (Machinist) course.
• Technician Apprentice (Mechanical): 3 years Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 50% marks in aggregate for General and OBC & 45% in case of SC/ ST/ PwBD candidates for reserved positions from a recognized Institute/University.
