Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications & Experience:
Engineer (Civil):
Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Min. 60%)
Experience: 3+ years in foundation, piling, geotechnical, or structural work; RE sector preferred
Engineer (Electrical):
Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (Min. 60%)
Experience: 3+ years in switchyards, testing, transformers, design/engineering; RE experience preferred
Engineer (Mechanical):
Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (Min. 60%)
Experience: 3+ years in supervision and execution in industry; RE experience preferred
Executive (HR):
Qualification: PG Degree/Diploma in HR/IR/Personnel/MSW/MHROD or MBA HR (Min. 60%)
Experience: 3+ years in HR/IR; SAP, MS Office, analytics experience desirable
Executive (Finance):
Qualification: CA/CMA
Experience: Min. 1 year post-qualification experience in finance/accounts (excluding articleship)
Engineer (IT):
Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Computer Science/IT (Min. 60%)
Experience: 3+ years in networking, ASP.Net, SQL Server, security/firewall, Windows Server, troubleshooting
Engineer (Contract & Material):
Qualification: BE/B.Tech with PG Diploma in Material/Supply Chain Management/MBA/PGDBM (or M.Tech in RE domain)
Experience: At least 1 year in renewable energy projects
Note: For SC/ST/PwBD candidates, the minimum qualifying marks in all disciplines is 50%.
Age Limit (as on 01.05.2025)
All Posts: Maximum 30 Years
Age Relaxation:

OBC: 3 years

Salary Structure
