Age Limit:
Candidates must be between 15 and 24
years old as of 28th December 2024, with age determined by the Matriculation or
Birth certificate. The upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years
for OBC, and 10 years for Physically Handicapped candidates. Additionally,
ex-servicemen are allowed an extra 10 years of age relaxation.
Monthly Salary:
The selected candidates will be paid
stipend during Apprenticeship at the prescribed rates as per extant
instructions.
Eligibility Criteria:
Matriculation (10th class under the
10+2 system) from a recognized board with at least 50% aggregate marks
(excluding additional subjects) and an ITI certificate in the relevant trade,
issued by NCVT/SCVT.
Selection Process:
Selection will be based on a merit list
(trade-wise) for all candidates who apply. The merit list will be prepared
according to the percentage of marks obtained in Matriculation, with a minimum
of 50% aggregate marks.
