Eligibility Criteria for NSFDC:
Educational Qualifications:
Assistant General Manager:
- Essential: Degree in Arts/Science/Commerce from a recognized university with at least 50% marks, along with membership of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
- Minimum 8 years of post-qualification experience, with 5 years at the middle managerial level.
- Desirable: CA/ICWA/LLB.
Assistant Manager:
- Essential: B.Com or M.Com from a recognized university with at least 50% marks and CA/ICWA.
- Minimum 1 year of post-qualification experience at the supervisory level.
- Desirable: MBA (Finance).
Junior Executive (Hindi):
- Essential: PG Degree in Hindi with English as a subject at the degree level or PG Degree in any subject with Hindi as the main subject and English as an elective subject.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in terminological work or translation in Hindi, preferably of technical/administrative/scientific literature.
- Desirable: Knowledge of Hindi typing and computer applications/tools for Hindi, MS Office.
Junior Executive (Finance):
- Essential: Degree in Commerce from a recognized university.
- Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in finance.
- Desirable: CA/ICWA, MBA (Finance), Knowledge of MS Office and accounting packages like Tally.
Age Limit (as of 13.04.2025):
- Assistant General Manager: 42 years
- Assistant Manager: 30 years
- Junior Executive: 28 years
Relaxation of Upper Age Limit:
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC: 3 years
- PwBD (Gen/EWS): 10 years
- PwBD (SC/ST): 15 years
- PwBD (OBC): 13 years
