The council
intends to fill one post of Deputy Director (Administration) on deputation
basis failing which by direct recruitment as per the details given below:-
Pay scale : Rs.15600-39100+G.P. 6600
Educational Qualifications : Essential-
1. A University Degree from a recognized University/Institution
2. 8 years experience in post equivalent to higher than a
Section Officer in Govt. or autonomous organization.
Desirable-
Knowledge of Govt. Financial and Administrative Rules.
Administrative experience in an academic organization.
Age limit for direct recruitment : Maximum 40 years
Eligibility in case of deputation :S.O. and Assistant Administrative Officer with ten years service in the grade.
In case of
appointment through deputation, the application of only those employees
who can be relieved of their duties in the event of their selection may
be forwarded by the forwarding authority, attested copies of annual
confidential reports for the preceding five years and vigilance /integrity
clearance certificates will have to be sent to the Member Secretary, ICHR. the
terms and conditions of deputation will be the same as prescribed by the
govt. of India time to time.
Relaxation as
admissible wherever required under the provisions of ICHR Service Regulations
will be admissible. similarly, relaxation in the age limit will be admissible
to the candidates belonging to reserved category under the Government of India
rules.
