Age Limit: Candidates age limit should be 30 years for JRF/ PJRF and 35 years for RA/ PDF, below 40 years for Scientist/ Engineer as on the last date fixed for receipt of applications. Age relaxation is admissible as per rules.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Doctorate (Ph.D) with thesis work in the field Atmospheric Science/ Meteorology/ Space Science for S.No-1, Post-Graduation Degree in Physics/ Atmospheric Physics/ Space Physics/ Meteorology with (a) First Class (60%) marks or equivalent grade and Qualified in CSIR-UGC NET/ GATE/ JAM/ JEST for S.No-2, 4, First Class (60%) in M.E./M. Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering and qualified in CSIR-UGC NET/ GATE/ JAM/ JEST for S.NO-3, First Class with an aggregate minimum of 65% marks or CGPA/ CPI grading of a minimum of 6.5 on a 10 scale at the Master’s Degree level with pre eligibility qualification at Graduate level should also be in First Class with an aggregate minimum of 65% marks or CGPA/ CPI grading of a minimum of 6.5 on a 10 scale and Ph. D degree for S.No-5 Posts.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on applicants performance in Test/ Interview.
