RECRUITMENT OF ASSISTANT MANAGERS

LIC Housing Finance Ltd. requires Assistant Managers who fulfill the following eligibility criteria:

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: MBA in any discipline from a recognized university/institute
  Preference will be given to work experience in a Housing Finance Company/Bank.
• Age: Upto 35 years as on 01.03.2016

• Achieve targets in line with the organizations goal
• Willing to go an extra mile and put in extra hours
• Out of box thinking and willing to extend his limits
• Coordinate with the back office, agents and other intermediaries
• In-depth industry knowledge and ensure high quality and persistency of business
• Strong relationship building skills

CTC: 8 lakhs to 11 lakhs
Number of Positions: 10
Location: Anywhere in India (Position may be transferable at a later stage depending upon the
decision of the Company)
