Age Limit: Candidates upper age limit should be 28 years for Accounts Officer & Officer (HR/ Legal) and 30 years for Deputy Manager, Account & Deputy Manager, HR/ Legal as on 30-04-2016. Relaxation of age will be applicable to SC/ ST/ OBC/ PWD/ Ex Servicemen/ Minority etc. as per Govt. of India Directives.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess CA or ICWA with any Graduation for Post No. 01 & MBA (HR/ PM)/ MSW (HR/ PM/ Post Graduation Degree/ Diploma in HR/ PM from University/ Institution recognized by UGC/ AICTE with LLB for Post No. 02.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on interview.

Application Fee: Candidates should pay Rs. 300/- (non-refundable) by demand draft drawn in favour of HMT (International) Limited on any Scheduled Bank payable at Bangalore. Application fee will be exempted to SC/ ST and Persons with Disability candidates.
