Age Limit: Candidates age limit should be 35 years for S.No-1, 28 years for S.No-2, 3, 4, 25 years for S.No-5 as on 01-11-2016. Age relaxation is admissible for SC/ ST/ OBC/ women/ PD as per the GOT rules.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should Possess Ph.D. (Physics/ Materials Science)/ M.Tech/ ME in electronics or electrical with knowledge of S/W controlled circuit design,Masters in Physics/Engg. Physics/M.Tech. Nano science/B.Tech. with course in materials/ techni-Diploma/ ITI (Electronics/ Electrical/ Mechanical) or B.Sc. (Physics/ Chemistry), ITI (Electrical/ Electronics/ Mechanical), 10th/ 12th pass with knowledge of computer (MS Office).

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on applicants performance in Interview.
