NAL Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualifications:

• Scientist / Gr.IV(2) S-101: PhD in Chemistry / Materials Science / Metallurgical Engineering; Experience in Electrochemistry, Corrosion, Coating development, etc.
• Scientist / Gr.IV(2) S-102: PhD in Chemistry / Materials Science; Experience in fuel cell fabrication and testing.
• Scientist / Gr.IV(2) S-103: ME/M.Tech or PhD in Polymer Science & Technology; Experience in polymer synthesis, materials characterization, etc.
• Scientist / Gr.IV(2) S-104: ME/M.Tech or PhD in Metallurgical Engineering; Experience in materials characterization and aerospace alloys.

Age Limit for NAL (As of 03.04.2025):

• Scientist / Gr.IV(2): 32 years

Age Relaxation:

• SC/ST: 5 years
• OBC: 3 years
• PwBD (Gen/EWS): 10 years

• PwBD (OBC): 13 years
• Ex-Servicemen: As per Government policy

Pay Scale:

• Scientist / Gr.IV(2): Rs. 67,700 - 2,08,700/- per month
