Educational Qualification:

1. Senior Officer (Finance) - CA/ICWA/Post Graduate with MBA from any University recognized by UGC through regular academic programme or PG Diploma from any Indian Institute of Management and XLRI, Jamshedpur +  Minimum of one year work experience in Fields like Banking industry or reputed firms of Chartered Accountants or in a National or State Level Financial Institutions.

2. Senior Officer (Technical) - B.E., /B.Tech.,/AMIE with I class or 60% and above marks, in the above examinations. + Minimum work experience of 3 years in Fields like Banking, reputed firms or industry or in a National or State Level Financial Institution.

Note:

1) All the Educational qualifications, Graduation /Post Graduation etc., shall be from an University recognized by the UGC/Government. Technical Qualification (B.E.,/ B.Tech.,/AMIE) and MBA etc. shall be from an Institution recognised/ approved by AICTE/UGC wherever applicable.

 2) All the qualification degrees shall be FULL TIME COURSES ONLY.

3) For posts where experience is essential, the experience shall be post qualification experience on FULL TIME BASIS.

4) The qualification prescribed for these posts should have been obtained by passing the required qualification in the order of studies, i.e. 10th + HSC/ Diploma + U.G.Degree, as the case may be, from any University or institution, recognised by the UGC/AICTE/Government.

1. Assistant Engineer (AE) - Must have passed a degree in Civil Engineering of any University recognized by the Government of Tamil Nadu or any other equivalent qualification. (OR) Must have passed section “A” and “B” of AMIE (Ind.) Examination with the following. a) A pass in the HSC or equivalent. b) A pass in the PUC examination. c) Should have passed “Geology” under section B as an optional or additional subject. d) Should have put in a service of three years in the State Housing Board or the PWD or Highways and Rural works department or any other Institution department acceptable to the appointing authority

2. Surveyor - (i) Must p ass the minimum general educational qualification SSLC or X Standard (ii) Must have passed Deputy Surveyor, Grade I test of the Revenue Department. Or must have passed the special examination for group certificate in surveying in the following subjects in the Tamil Nadu Government Technical Examination: 1) Surveying and Leveling – Higher 2) Earth Work and Road marking – Lower 3) Mensuration – Lower; and 4) Geometrical Drawing or Building 5) Drawing and Estimating – Lower (OR ) A pass in the Civil Engineering Group Examination Conducted by the Board of examination, Directorate of Technical Education, Chennai in the following subjects: 1) Applied Mechanics (Civil Branch) 2) Building materials and Construction 3) Survey Theory 4) Building Drawing and Mensuration 5) Earthwork and Estimating 6) Elective Subject (a) Sanitary Engineering (or ) (b) Roads, Bridges and Railways . and 7) Practical – Survey practical (or) Must have passed National Trade Certificate / National Apprenticeship Certificate in the Trade of Surveyor issued by Industrial Training Institute, Ambattu r (or) A Pass in the Certificate Course in Civil Engineering (OR) Those who passed Diploma in Civil Engineering can also apply for this Surveyor Post.

3. Junior Drafting Officer (JDO) - (i) Must have passed the minimum general educational qualification (SSLC) or X Standard (ii) (a) Must have passed the special examination for group certificate in the Directorate of Technical Education in the Building Drawing consisting of the following subject: (1) Building Drawing and Estimating Higher I Class. (2) Building Materials and Construction Lower-II Class. (3) Applied Mechanics Higher II Class, (4) Geometrical Drawing Lower – II Class (5) Mensuration Lower-II Class (or) (b) Must have passed the Draughtsman ship (Civil) Course under the syllabus (Introduced) from July 1952) conducted by the Government of India. Ministry of Labour. (or) (c) Must have passed the National Trade certificate / National Apprenticeship certificate awarded by Industrial Training Institute. (or) (d) Those who passed Diploma in Civil Engineering can also apply for this Junior Draughting Officer Post

4. Technical Assistant - 1) Must have passed the minimum general educational qualification (SSLC) or X Standard 2) Must have passed in Diploma in Civil Engineering approved by Directorate of Technical Education. (OR) Must have passed by the Lower Grade in the Government Technical Examination. Technical Examination in (1) Surveying and Leveling (2) Building Drawing Estimating (3) Mensuration; and (4) Building Materials and Construction (OR)) A pass in the Civil Engineering Group Examination conducted by the Board of Examinations, Directorate of Technical Education, Chennai 25 in the following subjects: 1) Applied Mechanics (Civil Branch) 2) Building Materials and construction; 3) Survey Theory; 4) Building, Drawing and Mensuration; 5) Earth Work and Estimating; 6) Elective Subjects; a) Sanitary Engineering (or) b) Roads, Bridges and Railways and 7) Practical: Survey Practical.

Age Limit: Candidates age should be 30 years as on the closing date of applications. Age relaxation 10 years for Physically handicapped (15 years for SC/ ST candidates of PH and 13 years for OBC candidates of PH) & for other as per rules.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Bachelor of Engineering or Associate Member of the Institution of Engineers (AMIE) or Engineering Degree in Mining or Mechanical or Drilling from a recognized University for Post 1 & Master’s Degree in Science or Mathematics or Statistics or Degree in Engineering or Technology of a recognized University or equivalent for Post 2.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on interview.
