Educational Qualification:

1. Manager (Marketing & Trade) - Post Graduate Degree in Marketing or Business Management or Business Administration from a recognized University or Institute or equivalent

2. Specialist Grade III Assistant Professor (Physiology) - A recognized MBBS degree qualification included in the First Schedule or Second Schedule

3. Specialist Grade-III Assistant Professor (Plastic Surgery) - A recognized MBBS degree qualificationincluded in the First Schedule or Second Schedule

4. Assistant Professor (Fire/Civil Engineering) - First Class Master Degree in Fire/Civil Engineering

5. Assistant Geologist - Master’s Degree in Geology or Applied Geology or Geo-exploration or Mineral Exploration or Engineering Geology or Geo-chemistry or Marine Geology or Earth Science & Resource Management or Oceanography and Coastal Area Studies (Coastal Geology)or Environmental Geology or Geo-informatics from a recognized University or Institution.

6. Administrative Officer - Bachelor’s degree of a recognized University.

7. Assistant Director Grade-I (Technical) - Degree in Textile Manufacture/Textile Technology/Textile Engineering of a recognized University or equivalent. Equivalent means “ Graduation in Textile Engineering

8. Drugs Inspector - Degree in Pharmacy or Pharmaceutical Science or in Medicine with specialization in Clinical Pharmacology or Microbiology from a University established in India by law.

9. Legal Advisor-cum-Standing Counsel - Degree in Law of a recognized University or equivalent.

10. Head of Department (Information Technology) - Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Information Technology with first class in Bachelor’s or Master’s level from a recognized university.

11. Principal - Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in appropriate branch of Engineering/Technology (i.e. Civil/Mechanical /Chemical/Electrical/Computer Engineering and Information Technology) with first class or equivalent either in Bachelor’s or Master’s level and Ph.D in Engineering from a recognized university.

12. Training and Placement Officer - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology in the relevant branch (i.e. Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Information Technology) with first class from a recognized univesity and 3 years experience in Teaching or Research.

13. Workshop Superintendent - Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering/Technology with first class from a recognised University and 3 years experience in Teaching or Research.

Deputy Drugs Controller (I) (Medical Devices) - Master’s Degree in Technology/ Engineering in Bio Medical Engineering or Chemical Engineering or Bio-Technology or Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Electronics or Instrumentation Engineering or Polymer Engineering with 07 Years’ experience in manufacturing or testing or regulation of medical devices or in research or designing OR Bachelor’s Degree in Technology/ Engineering in Bio Medical Engineering or Chemical Engineering or Bio-Technology or Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Electronics or Instrumentation Engineering or Polymer Engineering with 09 years’ experience in manufacturing or testing or regulation of medical devices or in research or designing.

3. Assistant Drugs Controller (I) (Medical Devices) - Master’s Degree in Technology/ Engineering in Bio Medical Engineering or Chemical Engineering or Bio-Technology or Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Electronics or Instrumentation Engineering or Polymer Engineering with 02 Years’ experience in manufacturing or testing or regulation of medical devices or in research or designing. OR Bachelor’s Degree in Technology/ Engineering in Bio Medical Engineering or Chemical Engineering or Bio-Technology or Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Electronics or Instrumentation Engineering or Polymer Engineering with 04 years’ experience in manufacturing or testing or regulation of medical devices or in research or designing.

4. Assistant Professor (Electrical Engineering) - First Class Master Degree in Electrical Engineering

5. Additional Government Advocate - A person shall not be eligible for appointment by direct recruitment to a duty post in Grade II, unless he holds a Degree in Law of a recognized University or equivalent and unless he has been a member of a State Judicial Service for a period of not less than thirteen years or has held a superior post in the legal department of a State for a period of not less than thirteen years or a Central Government servant who has had experience in legal affairs for not less than thirteen years or is a qualified legal practitioner.

6. Joint Secretary and Legal Adviser - A person shall not be eligible for appointment by direct recruitment to a duty post in Grade I, unless he holds a Degree in Law of a recognized University or equivalent and unless he has been a member of the Indian Civil Service permanently allotted to the judiciary or of a State Judicial Service for a period of not less than sixteen years or has held a superior post in the legal department of a State for a period of not less than sixteen years or a Central Government servant who has had experience in legal affairs for not less than sixteen years.

Age Limit:

Candidate’s Age Limit Should not exceed (For post 1, 3 - 40 Years), (For Post 2, 5, 6 - 50 Years), (For Post 4 - 35 years). The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules. Candidates Relaxation in Upper Age limit will be provided as per Govt. Rules.
