Educational Qualification:

1. Management Trainee (Chemical) -

Qualification:

A. Regular full time 4 years B.E. / B. Tech. Engineering Graduate in Chemical Engg./ Petrochemical Engg./Chemical Technology from UGC / AICTE approved Institutions. Regular and full time Dual / Integrated / Allied Degrees are also eligible, however, Chemical / Petrochemical must be mentioned in the degree alongwith other allied subjects, if any. OR

B. Three years regular and full time BE / B. Tech Engineering Graduate in Chemical Engg./ Petrochemical Engg. / Chemical Technology from UGC / AICTE approved Institution acquired after 3 years regular and full time Diploma in Engineering. Regular and full time Dual / Integrated / Allied Degrees are also eligible, however, Chemical / Petrochemical must be mentioned in the degree alongwith other allied subjects, if any.

Minimum Percentage: The candidates should have secured minimum 60% aggregate in Final Year of Engineering Graduation (55% for SC/ST category candidates).

2. Management Trainee (Boiler) -

Qualification:

A) i. Regular full time 4 years BE / B. Tech Engineering Graduate in Chemical / Petrochemical/ Mechanical / Instrumentation / Electrical discipline from UGC/AICTE approved Institution. And

ii. The candidate should have valid Boiler Operation Engineer’s Certificate (BOE) / Boiler Proficiency Certificate issued by Statutory Authority. Regular and full time Dual / Integrated / Allied Degrees are also eligible, however, Chemical /Petrochemical/ Mechanical / Instrument / Electrical must be mentioned in the degree alongwith other allied subjects, if any. OR

B) i. Three years regular and full time BE / B. Tech Engineering Graduate in Chemical/ Petrochemical / Mechanical / Instrumentation / Electrical discipline from UGC/AICTE approved Institution acquired after 3 years regular and full time Diploma in Engineering. And

5. Management Trainee (Instrumentation) –

Qualification:

A. Regular Full time 4 years BE / B. Tech Engineering Graduate in Instrumentation Discipline from UGC/AICTE approved institutions. Regular and full time Dual / Integrated / Allied Degrees are also eligible, however, Instrumentation must be mentioned in the degree alongwith other allied subjects, if any. OR

B. Three years regular and full time BE / B. Tech. Engineering Graduate in Instrumentation Discipline from UGC / AICTE approved Institution acquired after 3 years regular and full time Diploma in Engineering. Regular and full time Dual / Integrated / Allied Degrees are also eligible, however, Instrumentation must be mentioned in the degree alongwith other allied subjects, if any.

6. Management Trainee (Civil) -

Qualification:

A. Regular full time 4 years B.E. / B. Tech Engineering Graduate in Civil Discipline from UGC / AICTE approved Institutions. Regular and full time Dual / Integrated / Allied Degrees are also eligible, however, Civil must be mentioned in the degree alongwith other allied subjects, if any. OR

B. Three years regular and full time BE / B. Tech. Engineering Graduate in Civil Discipline from UGC / AICTE approved Institution acquired after 3 years regular and full time Diploma in Engineering. Regular and full time Dual / Integrated / Allied Degrees are also eligible, however, Civil must be mentioned in the degree alongwith other allied subjects, if any.

Minimum Percentage: The candidates should have secured minimum 60% aggregate in Final Year of Engineering Graduation.

7. Management Trainee (Safety) -

Qualification:

A) i. Regular full time 4 years B.E. / B. Tech Engineering Graduate preferably in Chemical Engg./ Petrochemical Engg./Chemical Technology from UGC / AICTE approved Institutions. Regular and full time Dual / Integrated / Allied Degrees in Engineering are also eligible. And

ii. One-year Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety course from UGC/AICTE recognised institutions. The Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety should necessarily be completed after passing above prescribed qualification. OR

B) i. Three years regular Full time B.E. / B. Tech Engineering Graduate preferably in Chemical Engg./ Petrochemical Engg./Chemical Technology from UGC/AICTE approved Institution after 3 years regular and full time Diploma in Engineering. Regular and full time Dual / Integrated / Allied Degrees in Engineering are also eligible. And

ii. One-year Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety course from UGC/AICTE recognised institutions. The Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety should necessarily be completed after passing above prescribed qualification. OR

Regular full time 4 years B.E. / B. Tech Graduate in Fire & Safety Discipline from UGC / AICTE approved Institutions. However, Safety must be mentioned in the degree alongwith other allied subjects, if any. OR

Three years Regular full time B.E. / B. Tech Graduate in Fire & Safety Discipline from UGC / AICTE approved Institutions acquired after 3 years regular and full time Diploma in Engineering. However, Safety must be mentioned in the degree alongwith other allied subjects, if any.

Minimum Percentage: The candidates should have secured minimum 60% aggregate in Final Year of Engineering Graduation.

8. Management Trainee (CC Lab) -

Qualification:

i. Ph.D. in Chemistry from UGC/AICTE approved University / Institution. OR

ii. Regular full time 4 years B.E. / B. Tech. Engineering Graduate in Chemical Engg./ Petrochemical Engg./Chemical Technology from UGC / AICTE approved Institutions. Regular and full time Dual / Integrated / Allied Degrees are also eligible, however, Chemical / Petrochemical must be mentioned in the degree alongwith other allied subjects, if any. OR

iii. Three years regular and full time BE / B. Tech Engineering Graduate in Chemical Engg. / Petrochemical Engg./ Chemical Technology from UGC / AICTE approved Institution acquired after 3 years regular and full time Diploma in Engineering.

Regular and full time Dual / Integrated / Allied Degrees are also eligible, however, Chemical / Petrochemical must be mentioned in the degree alongwith other allied subjects, if any.

Preference will be given to Ph.D in Chemistry from UGC/AICTE approved University / Institution.

Minimum Percentage:

No Percentage Criteria for Ph.D candidates.

In case of Engineering Graduates, the candidates should have secured minimum 60% aggregate in Final Year of Engineering Graduation (55% for SC category candidates).

9. Management Trainee (Marketing) -

Qualification:

A) Regular and full time UGC/AICTE/ICAR recognized Science / Engineering / Agriculture graduate

And

Two years regular and full time UGC / AICTE /ICAR recognized Post graduate degree in one of the following:

MBA (Marketing as specialization or Major) / MMS (Marketing as specialization or Major)/ MBA (Agri. Business Management)/ MBA (Agri. Business & Management)/ MBA (Agriculture)

OR

B) Regular and full time UGC/AICTE/ICAR recognized Science / Engineering / Agriculture graduate

And

Two years full time and regular UGC/ AICTE/ICAR recognised Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (equivalent to MBA) with specialisation in Agri. Business Management / Agri. Business & Management / Agriculture / Marketing.

OR

C) Regular and full time UGC/AICTE/ICAR recognized Science / Engineering / Agriculture graduate

And

Two years full time and regular UGC/ AICTE/ICAR recognised Post Graduate Diploma in Management (equivalent to MBA) with specialisation in Agri. Business Management / Agri. Business & Management / Agriculture / Marketing. If the specialization is not mentioned in the Mark Sheet / Degree / Diploma certificate, letter from college / University Specifying the specialization will be required.

Minimum Percentage: The candidates should have secured minimum 60% aggregate in Final Year of Post-Graduation Degree/ Diploma (55% for SC/ST category candidates).

10. Management Trainee (IT) -

Qualification: A. Regular full time 4 years B.E. / B. Tech in Information Technology / Computer Science / Computer Technology / Computer Engineering from UGC / AICTE approved Institutions. Regular and full time Dual / Integrated / Allied Degrees are also eligible, however, Information Technology / Computer Science / Computer Technology / Computer Engineering must be mentioned in the degrees.

OR

B. Three years regular and full time BE / B. Tech in Information Technology / Computer Science / Computer Technology / Computer Engineering from UGC / AICTE approved Institution acquired after 3 years regular and full time Diploma in Engineering. Regular and full time Dual / Integrated / Allied Degrees are also eligible, however, Information Technology / Computer must be mentioned in the degrees.

Minimum Percentage: The candidates should have secured minimum 60% aggregate in Final Year of Engineering Graduation.

11. Management Trainee (Human Resources) -

Qualification:

i. Regular and Full Time Graduation degree in any discipline from UGC/AICTE recognized University / Institution. And

ii. Two years regular and full time Post-Graduation degree / Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (equivalent to MBA) / Post Graduate Diploma in Management (equivalent to MBA) or equivalent master degree with specialization in Human Resource/Personnel /Social Work/ Welfare/ Industrial Relations/ Labour Studies from UGC/AICTE recognized University / Institution. Additional qualification in law will be preferred. Proficiency in Marathi language is preferable. If the specialization is not mentioned in the Mark Sheet / Degree / Diploma certificate, letter from college / University Specifying the specialization will be required.

Minimum Percentage: The candidates should have secured minimum 60% aggregate in Final Year of Post-Graduation Degree / Diploma

12. Management Trainee (HRD) -

Qualification:

i. Regular and Full Time graduation Degree in any discipline preferably in Psychology from UGC/AICTE recognized University / Institution. And

ii. Two years Regular and Full Time Post-Graduation degree of (MBA) Master of Business Administration / (MMS) Master of Management Studies / Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (equivalent to MBA) / Post Graduate Diploma in Management (equivalent to MBA) with specialization in HR or equivalent master degree with specialisation in HR from UGC/AICTE recognized University / Institution. If the specialization is not mentioned in the Mark Sheet / Degree / Diploma certificate, letter from college / University Specifying the specialization will be required.

Minimum Percentage: The candidates should have secured minimum 60% aggregate in Final Year of Post-Graduation Degree / Diploma (55% for SC category candidates).

13. Management Trainee (Administration) -

Qualification:

i. Regular and Full Time graduation degree in any discipline from UGC/AICTE recognized University / Institution. And

ii. Two years regular and full time post-graduation degree of (MBA) Master of Business Administration with specialization in HR / (MMS) Master of Management Studies/ (MHRDM) Master of Human Resource Development & Management / Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (equivalent to MBA) / Post Graduate Diploma in Management (equivalent to MBA) or equivalent Master Degree with specialization in HR from UGC/AICTE recognized University / Institution. If the specialization is not mentioned in the Mark Sheet / Degree / Diploma certificate, letter from college / University Specifying the specialization will be required.

Minimum Percentage: The candidates should have secured minimum 60% aggregate in Final Year of Post-Graduation Degree / Diploma.

Age Limit: (As on 01.05.2023)

1. Management Trainee (Chemical) - 27 years.

2. Management Trainee (Boiler) - 27 years.

3. Management Trainee (Mechanical) - 27 years.

4. Management Trainee (Electrical) - 27 years.

5. Management Trainee (Instrumentation) - 27 years.

6. Management Trainee (Civil) - 27 years.

7. Management Trainee (Safety) - 27 years.

8. Management Trainee (CC Lab) - 27 years.

9. Management Trainee (Marketing) - 27 years.

10. Management Trainee (IT) - 27 years.

11. Management Trainee (Human Resources) - 27 years.

12. Management Trainee (HRD) - 27 years.

13. Management Trainee (Administration) - 27 years

The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules. Candidates Relaxation in Upper Age limit will be provided as per Govt. Rules. Go through RCFL official Notification 2023 for more reference. 

Salary Details:

Selected candidates for Management Trainee will be undergoing training for one year and will be offered a lump sum stipend of Rs. 30,000/- per month. Free lodging facility will be provided at company’s hostel, if posted at Trombay / Thal. The Hostel Accommodation/quarter on sharing basis (free of cost) will be provided to them during the training period. Medical facility for self will be provided at RCF Hospital. Available Sports Complex facility will be provided by RCF Ltd.

Management Trainees posted in locations other than Trombay and Thal (i.e. Marketing Area Office) shall be entitled for a fixed allowance @ Rs 2500/- pm towards boarding, lodging and local travelling expense. They will also be entitled to TA / DA while on tours as per existing TA /DA policy of the company. They will be provided medical treatment for self and accident insurance.

After successful completion of one year training they will be absorbed in E1 Grade in the scale of pay of Rs. 40,000 - 140000. The minimum Total Monthly Gross emoluments would include Basic Pay +VDA (39.2%)+Perks (34%)+HRA (27%) and other allowances which works out to Rs. 80,000/- approximately.

Bond amount of Rs. One Lakh shall be deposited by the Management Trainee at the time of joining in the form of fixed deposit with the lien marked to the RCF Ltd. for the period of 4 years including one year of training. In case, a management trainee is unable to deposit the bond amount in advance at the time of joining, the bond amount can be recovered by monthly deductions from the stipend and converting to fixed deposit at the end of the financial year. 

RCFL MT Selection Process 2023:

RCFL may follow the following process to select the candidates.

2. Personal Interview

. For the positions of Management Trainees the online test will be conducted at the centre’s in the cities of Bhopal, Delhi/Delhi NCR, Lucknow, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Guwahati, Kolkata, Mumbai/ Navi Mumbai/ Thane/ MMR region, Nagpur. Medium of Test will be in Rajbhasha (Hindi) and English.

 Application Fee/Exam Fee for RCFL MT: 

Non - refundable application fee of ₹1000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) plus Bank Charges and applicable taxes (GST) for the post of Management Trainee are required to be paid by General, OBC and EWS category candidates at the time of submission of online application form. Candidates can opt to pay either through internet banking account or credit/ debit card. No other mode of payment of application fee would be accepted. Application fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances. Candidates are, therefore, advised to verify their eligibility before payment of application fee. SC/ST/PwBD/ExSM/Female category are not required to pay any application fee.
