Qualification
& Experience:
A degree
of any university or Institution recognized by the UGC with An associate
Member of th Institute of Company Secretaries of India having not less than
five years of experience in Secretarial works in the Public/ Private Limited
companies of which three years should have post qualification experience.
Desirable: Experience in Finance
Accounts Department.
