Schedule of standing Appeal committee (SAC)

(Applications Under chapter 1 of APH 2015- 16)

All applicant trusts / societies/ sections 25 company. Technical Education institutions etc., who have submitted applications for establishment of New technical institute offering technical Programs (Engg & Tech , / Pharmacy / Architecture/ town planning / Applied Arts & Crafts/ Management / MBA / PGDM/ HMCT/ MCA) at Degree / Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma / Post Diploma level affiliated to Universities/ concerned Board of Technical Education, change of site / location, closure of institute , conversion of women’s institutions into Co- Ed institution and to whom letter of Rejection (LOR) has been issued through web portal may attend standing Appeal Committee (SAC) as per the Schedule given below at AICTE office located at 7^th Floor, Chanderlok Building, Janpath, new Delhi- 110001.

Applicants are advised to adhere to given Standing Appeal Committee schedule and not to remain absent for appeal.

If the applicant remains absent for Appeal, under no circumstances, whatsoever, their applications/ proposal shall be taken up by the Standing Appeal Committee and such institution if they so desire may apply afresh for the next academic session.
