 NB:

i.                    All the teaching posts involve conducting /guiding /directing research in addition to teaching.

ii.                  Out of the above lecturer posts, one post in reserved for visually handicapped(VH) in the PWD category.

iii.                UR, SC and ST  stands for Unreserved, scheduled caste and scheduled tribe categories respectively

iv.                The eligibility list uploaded in the university website pursuant to the Advertisement NO. 8766/adm – (TE) dated 1. 9. 2014 for the posts of professor of Chemistry and Reader in Mariner Science (Oceanography) is hereby cancelled. However, the applicants who have applied earlier for the said posts Amy apply afresh along with additional information, if any, without paying the requisite fee.

The prescribed application form and the instructions can be downloaded from the berhampur university website www.buodisha.edu.in. the candidates submitting the downloaded application must pay the prescribed application fee i.e. Rs. 1000/- (Rs. 750/- for scheduled castes and Scheduled Tribes) in the form of SBI bank draft drawn in favors of comptroller of Finance, Berhampur University, payable at SBI, Bhanja Bihar (code: 2107) along with the filled – in applications, falling which their application shall not be considered. The filled-in application with all enclosures should reach the undersigned on or before 25^th may 2015. The applications received after the above date shall not be considered.
